Hi there ,,I want to make the blackberry lavender jam looks so good,,but never used the lavender in food before I have some in my garden ,,so wondering what type of lavender do you use and CN I just take a few branches off my plants and use it thanks for sharing your recipes Val

Yes, just use a few sprigs from the plant. If the plant is flowering use the blossoms also.
