Sourdough Pumpkin Bread

Sourdough Pumpkin Bread is super moist & has a wonderful flavor & texture from sourdough discard. Fresh cranberries add a tangy pop of flavor.

–all purpose flour  –cinnamon, ginger, cloves,   nutmeg –baking soda, salt –sourdough discard –eggs –oil –sugar –maple syrup  –vanilla  –pumpkin puree –cranberries

Ingredients

–Put the dry ingredients in a   bowl & whisk to combine. –Combine the wet ingredients   & sugar in a mixing bowl. –Mix to emulsify the ingredients.

–Add the pumpkin & mix to   combine. –Add the dry ingredients mix just   until combined. –Fold in the cranberries.

–Spread the batter into a loaf pan   lined with a parchment sling. –Sprinkle the loaf with sugar &    bake until a toothpick inserted in   the center comes out clean. –Cool completely before slicing.
