How to Make

Scrumptious Bear Claw Pastries made with real Danish pastry dough & luscious almond filling. The pastries can rise in the fridge overnight & bake first thing in the morning.

– Danish dough – almond paste – granulated sugar  – butter  – vanilla extract – salt – eggs – flour – sliced almonds  – milk – almond extract (optional) – confectioner sugar


Roll and cut the dough. Pipe almond filling on each piece of dough.

Fold each pastry to enclose the filling.

Set the pastries on the pan and cut the "claws". Set aside to rise.

Brush the pastries with egg wash and sprinkle with sliced almonds. Bake until golden brown.

Drizzle icing over the pastries while they're slightly warm.
