This is a berrilicious riff on traditional Tiramisu. Savoiardi biscuits soaked in a limoncello-strawberry syrup are layered with mascarpone cream and fresh berries for a luscious summer dessert.
– In a large bowl, whisk the yolks until they become pale in color and form a “ribbon”.
– Whisk in the mascarpone cheese and fold in the whipped cream.
– Dip the lady fingers in the strawberry-Limoncello syrup. Layer them in the pan with the cream and strawberries.
– Refrigerate 3-4 hours to set the layers and meld the flavors.
